The Research On Donna Haraway's Cyborg Scientific View Of Feminism

Since the 20th century,feminism,as a social trend of thought sweeping the world,has exerted an influence on many social fields.When it sweeps into the field of science,it is mainly reflected in strong reflection and criticism on science,and different Scientific Views of Feminism are generated accordingly.Donna Haraway is a famous American interdisciplinary scholar and one of the leading figures in postmodern feminist science.A Cyborg Manifesto,the representative book of Haraway,has been widely concerned by the European and American academic circles since it was published in 1985.Haraway's Cyborg Scientific View of Feminism is postmodernism,which takes the unique cyborg concept as ontology and situated knowledge as epistemology.Specifically,her scientific view not only impacts on the dualism,the foundation of traditional philosophy,with cyborg theory,but also absorbs situated knowledge to criticize the male discourse power and objectivity within science.This paper is mainly divided into four parts:Chapter 1 is the introduction.Chapter 2 makes the theoretical background of Haraway's Cyborg Scientific View of Feminism clear,discusses the three epistemological foundations of feminism and the school division of feminist scientific view.At the same time,Chapter 2 explains the basic positions and development limitations of each school.Chapter 3 explains the core of Cyborg Scientific View of Feminism,clarifies its ontological basis and epistemological expression,and further explains the practical function of it in feminist scientific philosophy.Through the analysis of the application of Cyborg Scientific View of Feminism in scientific practice and its comparison with other schools of feminist scientific view,Chapter 4 summarizes its contribution to the feminist philosophy of science and existing limitations.Furthermore,combined with the actual situation,Chapter4 puts forward some ways to break through the dilemma.The innovations of this paper are as follows:Firstly,it provides a useful reference for the domestic academic circle to study Haraway's Cyborg Scientific View of Feminism.Secondly,aiming at the existing limitations of Cyborg Scientific View of Feminism,two feasible countermeasures are proposed.
