The Deep-Sea Profiling Float is used as a vehicle,which can carry sensors to dive to depths below 2000 meters.Because of its low manufacturing cost,small size and light weight,it can continuously work for a long time,and it is widely used in the observation of deep ocean profile elements and underwater safety monitoring.The Deep-Sea Profiling Float monitoring system based on Beidou satellite is composed of the Deep-Sea Profiling Float,the Beidou satellite and the shore station monitoring center.Because of the Deep-Sea Profiling Float is located in the deep sea,the energy required for its own equipment and sensors is all supplied by the battery it carries,and the related costs of replacing the battery are much higher than the production cost of the float.Energy consumption is a key factor in determining the service life of the DeepSea Profiling Float.The Deep-Sea Profiling Float has a longer working time,deeper dive depth and more data collection.The Beidou satellite communication frequency is low,the capacity is small,the power consumption is high,and the protocol is cumbersome.In this paper,while designing and implementing the basic functions of the Deep-Sea Profiling Float monitoring system based on the Beidou satellite,the lowpower design of the Deep-Sea Profiling Float control system is designed.First,based on the mechanical structure of the engineering prototype of the DeepSea Profiling Float,a control circuit board was designed using an ultra-low power controller,a controllable power supply circuit,and efficient power management.Then,the control circuit board adopts a continuous and discontinuous sampling control strategy for the mounted sensors to reduce data collection;adopts a data preprocessing algorithm for the collected data to extract valid data and reduce the amount of data sent;and use bit splicing + Huffman algorithm to further compress the data to be sent;adopt data transmission protocol of data packetization and loss retransmission to ensure complete and efficient data transmission.Secondly,using the C/S architecture,in the Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 development environment,using the object-oriented C#language to write the Windows service program of the upper computer and the remote control software of the shore station monitoring center for the Deep-Sea Profiling Float;the BDM910 communication unit is selected,and the Beidou transparent transmission module control circuit board is designed and implemented,and the Beidou communication protocol is simplified through its controller.
