The deep-sea energy reserves are huge,and the exploitation of Marine resources has attracted the attention of all walks of life.With the continuous development of deep-sea diving exploration,to ensure the safety and stable operation of deep-sea operation equipment,it is necessary to carry out in-depth research on the mechanical seal of the stern shaft of equipment,and the research progress has important value and significance to the deep-sea exploration career.Due to the harsh deep-sea environment,there are many difficulties in studying the mechanical seals of deep-sea operation equipment.This paper studies the sealing performance of the stern shaft sealing ring of deep-sea operation equipment.The micro-pit texture is processed on the contact end surface of the sealing ring,the pressure field and temperature field of the sealing ring and the sealing fluid are studied,and the influence of different working conditions on the sealing performance of the sealing ring is analyzed.The main contents are as follows:(1)Aiming at the lubrication problem between the contact surfaces of the seal ring,based on the Reynolds equation and considering the influence of roughness,a mathematical model of the truncated cone surface texture under the hydrodynamic lubrication state is established.The structure parameters,the size,and distribution of lubricating film pressure under different roughness parameters are studied.Analyze the influence of the geometric parameters and roughness parameters of the truncated cone-shaped micro-pits on the average pressure of the lubricating film under different lubricating media.(2)The dynamic and static seal ring model structure is optimized,and the mechanical analysis is carried out to analyze the force deformation and the deformation of the seal ring and the displacement change of the contact seal end surface under different seal end surface-specific pressures and different seal ring relative speeds.And consider improving the tail parameters of the moving ring,and analyze the influence of its changes on the force and deformation of the seal end face.(3)The thermal analysis of the dynamic and static seal ring models after structural optimization is carried out to establish the heat transfer model.The temperature field distribution and thermal deformation of the dynamic and static seal ring are studied by integral method and separation method respectively,and the temperature and displacement changes of the textured part and non-textured part of the temperature field on the contact surface of the seal dynamic ring are compared and analyzed.The temperature changes under different sealing medium pressure and different relative speed of sealing rings are analyzed.(4)The thermal-fluid-solid coupling analysis model of the mechanical seal ring is established to analyze the pressure field and temperature field of the sealing fluid,as well as the thermal-fluid-solid coupling deformation of the seal,and study the dynamic and static seal rings under different pressure differences and different relative speeds.The coupling displacement change of the end face is compared and analyzed with the displacement change affected by a single factor.
