Evaluation Of The Wutonggou Formation Reservoir In The Well Fu001 In The Beisantai Oilfield

Lithostratigraphic reservoirs are the most potential prospect in oil and gas exploration in China.The southern Junggar basin is an important part of the Western foreland basin,which has become the frontier of oil and gas exploration in the Western China.In this paper,reservoir evaluation research is carried out for block Fu001 of the Beisantai oilfield in the Junggar basin.This paper first studies the geological characteristics of the Fu001 well area,and conducts research on three aspects:regionally geological background,stratigraphic characteristics,sedimentary characteristics,and reservoir characteristics.The Beisantai is an ancient water uplift,and the Wutonggou Formation is the main target layer,It is distributed in P₃wt₁¹of three sand-layer groups composed of mudstone and sandstone,which is the bank and bar deposits.The physical properties of the reservoir are in high porosity and low permeability.Based on the reservoir inversion,the distribution of favorable reservoirs was developed.The geostatistical inversion method was used to accurately predict the reservoir target area.The four relationships between lithology,physical properties,oiliness,and electrical properties are analyzed in the Fu001 well area.Reservoirs with fine sandstones containing fine gravel have good physical properties,which are indicated as oil-rich spots.The fine structural interpretation is used to discuss the structural characteristics of the Fu001 well area and the corresponding horizons and faults are interpreted.The Wutonggou Formation as a whole was a monoclinic structure rising from northwest to southeast,and logging reinterpretation is carried out.Secondly,based on the study of the geological characteristics of the Fu001 well area,this paper studies the reservoir type and oil layer distribution of the Tonggou Formation in the Fu001 well area.The Wutonggou Formation reservoir in the Fu001 well area is a lithologic reservoir controlled by sand bodies.Three sets of oil layers overlap in the longitudinal direction.The reserves calculation is figured out.The area of the Wutonggou Formation in the Fu001 well area is 6.09 km²,and the geological reserves of crude oil are 202.40×10⁴t.The characteristics of oil test and production in the Fu001well area are analyzed.A total of 4 wells and 5 layers are tested.The industrial oil flows in 5 layers are otained,with daily production of 2.41t to 16.07t.The unfractured oil test in the Well Fu001 obtained 16.07t in daily production.The developping scheme of the Wutonggou Formation oil reservoir in the Well Fu001 is optimizated.There are two sets of oil layers in the P₃wt₁^1-1 and P₃wt₁^1-2 of Wutonggou Formation reservoirs in the well area of Fu001,with a longitudinal span of less than 20 m,developed as a set of development layers.
