It is very important to study the dynamic response of marine engineering structures under the action of waves.In the practical problems of marine engineering,the dynamic response of marine engineering structures is very nonlinear because of the interaction between fluid and solid two-phase media.The test cost of marine engineering is high,which consumes a lot of manpower and material resources,and needs to consider the scale effect.Therefore,a numerical calculation method of dynamic response considering fluid-solid coupling is of great significance to marine engineering.Based on the investigation of literature at home and abroad,this paper presents a fluid-solid coupling calculation method based on the strong approximation ability of radial basis function.By using the radial basis function to approximate the real displacement function,the dynamic finite element differential equations are discretized into differential equations with only one unknown displacement vector,and the numerical solution can be obtained.According to this method,the pile top displacement and pile bottom bending moment under coupling action and no coupling action are calculated respectively.Under different periods,there are great errors in the calculation results of coupling and uncoupling.The results of coupling are more complicated than those of uncoupling.Therefore,the coupling effect should be considered in calculating the dynamic response of pile and column under wave load,and the calculation result is more accurate.In this study,the wave test of flume is designed to group different wave conditions,and the displacement of pile top is measured under different wave conditions.The larger the wave height,the greater the displacement of pile top,and the larger the period,the smaller the displacement of pile top.The numerical calculation method proposed in this paper is used to construct the calculation model with the parameters of the flume test,and the calculation results are compared with the test results,and the error is basically than 10% basically.The law obtained from the numerical calculation results is basically consistent with the law of the test results,which verifies the correctness of the method.This numerical method can also solve practical engineering problems.Based on the working platform of Panamanian Amador cruise terminal project and the wave parameters provided by engineering hydrological data,several groups of the most unfavorable conditions are selected for numerical calculation.The maximum displacement,velocity and acceleration of the pile column are calculated,and the sharp motion is solved according to the calculation method of the sharp motion mentioned in Chapter 3.The wave condition when the pile displacement and sharp motion are maximum is determined,and the practical engineering problems are solved.
