At present,my country's e-commerce is booming,and there are countless commodities on e-commerce platforms.It is not an easy task for shoppers to choose the most suitable commodity from a large number of commodities.Considering that shoppers have difficulty in choosing commodity on e-commerce platforms,selection errors are likely to have a negative impact on shoppers' shopping experience.Therefore,research on the method of commodity selection on e-commerce platforms is of great significance to improve the online shopping experience of Chinese shoppers.In this paper,fuzzy multi-attribute decision making method is applied to commodity selection on e-commerce platform.Due to the fuzziness and uncertainty of commodity attribute information,it is mainly to solve the problem of e-commerce platform product selection given by the attribute information in the form of triangular fuzzy numbers and intuitionistic fuzzy numbers.Aiming at the commodity selection problem in which attribute information is represented by triangular fuzzy numbers,a TOPSIS method for triangular fuzzy multi-attribute decision making based on improved relative similarity is proposed.Firstly,in order to solve the problem that the calculation result of relative similarity of triangular fuzzy numbers is too high,a relative similarity considering distribution degree is proposed,as well as,its validity is verified by proving its related theorems and comparing numerical examples with existing relative similarity.The relative similarity between alternatives is used to replace the distance measure between alternatives and positive and negative ideal alternatives to avoid ignoring the correlation between attributes to a certain extent.Then,calculate the overall relative similarity of each alternative compared with the positive and negative ideal alternatives to realize the selection and sorting of the alternatives.Aiming at the commodity selection problem in which attribute information is represented by intuitionistic fuzzy numbers,a TOPSIS method for intuitionistic fuzzy multi-attribute decision-making based on improved score function and cumulative prospect theory is proposed.Firstly,in order to solve the defects that the existing score function needs secondary comparison and is inconsistent with objective facts in some cases,a new score function considering hesitation preference and objective facts is proposed,as well as,its rationality and superiority are verified by proving its related theorems and comparing numerical examples with existing score functions.Considering that decision makers have different psychological preferences when they face benefits and losses,the cumulative prospect theory is introduced.The comprehensive prospect loss value and comprehensive prospect gain value are used to replace the distance measure between each alternative and positive and negative ideal alternatives,which effectively avoids ignoring the correlation between attributes.Then,the order of alternatives is listed by calculating the relative closeness degree of each alternative.Finally,the TOPSIS method of triangular fuzzy multi-attribute decision making based on improved relative similarity and the TOPSIS method of intuitionistic fuzzy multi-attribute decision making based on improved score function and cumulative prospect theory are respectively applied to commodity selection examples of e-commerce platforms.The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed decision-making method are verified by comparing examples and simulation data with existing decision-making methods.In addition,considering that there may be correlation between the attributes of the commodity,an intuitionistic fuzzy multi-attribute decision making method considering the correlation between attributes based on C-TODIM is proposed.?-fuzzy measure is used as additive weight of attribute subset and integrating the idea of Choquet integral into the TODIM method.The order of alternatives is listed by calculating the perceived superiority of each alternative.Finally,the intuitionistic fuzzy multi-attribute decision making method considering the correlation between attributes based on C-TODIM is applied to commodity selection example of ecommerce platforms.The feasibility and practicality of the proposed decisionmaking method are verified by comparing and analyzing with the fuzzy multiattribute decision-making method in which only attribute independence is considered.
