In recent years,China's high-speed railway has developed rapidly,and its operating mileage has exceeded 40,000 kilometers.At the same time,the frequent occurrence,high intensity,shallow focal point and wide distribution of seismicity disasters in China seriously threaten the transportation safety of railway.When an earthquake occurs,the strong ground motion will cause the high-speed train to overturn and derail immediately,which directly threatens the safety of passengers' lives and property and causes major traffic safety accidents.Therefore,it is necessary to establish an earthquake early warning mechanism in the railway system,so that the train can take emergency measures to minimize the loss before being damaged by the earthquake,so as to effectively ensure the safe transportation of the railway.How to realize earthquake early warning simply and efficiently and simplify the generation,transmission and release mechanism of early warning information are directly related to the effectiveness and timeliness of earthquake early warning.The greater the time margin of early warning,the better the early warning effect for the corresponding earthquake events and the smaller the loss.Through the comparative analysis of the existing high-speed railway earthquake early warning systems at home and abroad,this paper focuses on drawing lessons from the foreign advanced high-speed railway earthquake early warning threshold and disposal methods,as well as the hierarchical structure,information transmission,processing and release mechanism,early warning threshold level division and disposal methods of the domestic current high-speed railway earthquake early warning system,at the same time,in view of the high cost and line center dependence of the current domestic earthquake early warning system,and facing the requirements and direction of the development of intelligent high-speed railway,a high-speed railway earthquake early warning scheme based on independent decision-making is designed,which is mainly studied from the following aspects:1.Based on the excellent high-speed railway earthquake early warning cases at home and abroad,combined with the development trend of intelligent high-speed railway,Beidou navigation system,5g and other emerging technologies,the high-speed railway earthquake early warning system based on independent decision-making is designed.2.For the whole high-speed railway and ordinary speed railway lines,a broader earthquake early warning scheme is proposed,and the earthquake early warning platform of high-speed railway earthquake early warning system based on independent decisionmaking and its emergency disposal information generation algorithm,on-board seismic device and its independent decision-making strategy are studied.3.For the early warning line,the train of the whole line constructs the post earthquake speed limit driving model for the speed limit problem of the line section under the condition of earthquake level I alarm,and solves it through the improved multiobjective particle swarm optimization algorithm to construct the post earthquake driving strategy under the condition of earthquake level I alarm speed limit,so as to provide post earthquake speed limit driving guidance for railway related dispatching business.The high-speed railway earthquake early warning system based on independent decision-making designed in this paper,on the basis of retaining the function of the original high-speed railway earthquake early warning system,increases the independent discrimination ability of high-speed railway train earthquake emergency disposal,improves the disposal accuracy and diversity of the early warning system;A unified national earthquake early warning platform has been established to reduce costs and increase efficiency,so as to facilitate the earthquake early warning construction of followup lines.In addition,the system realizes resource sharing with multiple related systems,constructs the post earthquake integrated disposal strategy,and realizes the wide-ranging and whole process earthquake protection of high-speed railway trains.
