Research And Design Of Seat System For Primary And Secondary Schools Based On Ergonomics

Seats for primary and secondary school students,as a necessary school infrastructure,are the tools that students contact most closely every day,right Adolescent bone development has an important influence.By analyzing the factors of skeletal development and changes,inner emotional activities and seat usage scenarios of primary and secondary school students,and combining the ergonomic sitting theory,a school standard seat is designed to assist primary and secondary school students in healthy learning.In this paper,ergonomics and human anatomy elements in seat design are extracted,and the requirements and criteria of seat design are summarized.Combined with the field observation of primary and secondary school students and the investigation of the current school standard seat market,the deficiencies of the current primary and secondary school student seat design were found,and the design scheme was determined based on ergonomics and human anatomy theories,and the effectiveness of the design was verified by Jack simulation and comparison experiment.The main work of this paper is as follows: 1.Analyze the gender distribution,the characteristics of sitting posture,the physiological health of spine,the characteristics of growth and development of primary and secondary school students and the diseases caused by bad sitting posture,explore the demand of new school standard seats and the correction methods for students' bad sitting posture.Its core for the seat back in the appropriate position of the design of the waist and back of the back of the human spine at the same time two point support,so that the spine in a long time sitting work to maintain natural bending and maintain the spine of the joint force between the uniform,this design and the traditional student seat design of the integral back is different.2.According to the age section of "Body Size of Minors",seats are divided into corresponding large,medium and small models,which greatly strengthens the applicability of seats.3.Data research and summary are made on 287 primary and secondary school students' habits of using seats,replacement frequency,appearance modeling,use requirements,use scenarios,etc.,and the functions and requirements that need to be met in the design of size adjustment,storage,sitting posture correction,safety and beauty are summarized.4.In order to facilitate maintenance and maintenance during use,the assembly form of the seat surface,backrest,waist rest,chair foot and other four wearing parts is designed to be easily disassembled.Finally through the simulation software,JACK will seat design in this paper with normal school in current seat comfort analyzed respectively,rapid upper limb assessment,lower back force analysis,the static stress strength analysis and so on four groups of contrast experiment,the experimental data show that the design of the new seat of primary and middle school students currently in use the indicators are better than ordinary school seats,The research of this paper has rationality and practical significance.
