Research On Design Of Business Beats For High-speed Train Based On Ergonomics

This paper aims to improve the comfort,aesthetics and user convenience of high-speed rail business seats,and proposes methods to improve the comfort and appearance of high-speed rail business seats by using ergonomics theory.better relationship between machines.The new method of designing high-speed rail business seats makes the high-speed rail business seats more comfortable,beautiful and convenient.It is verified that the ergonomic design method is used to improve the high-speed rail business seat to improve its comfort and aesthetics,which can provide a reference for the design of high-speed rail business seats.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:First,briefly expounded ergonomics and its related theories,combined with the basic principles of ergonomics,clarified the relationship between ergonomics and product design,and further studied ergonomics and anthropometry,human anatomy,The intrinsic link of biomechanics summarizes the principles of seat design based on ergonomics.Second,the factors that affect the ergonomics of seat design are analyzed.According to the seat design principles based on ergonomics,the relevant elements of anthropometry and human anatomy are studied to design the overall size,structural size and the shape and layout of some parts of the high-speed rail business seat.At the same time,from the perspective of human torso and sitting posture,material selection,and physiological characteristics of the population,the seat components that fit the human body for a long time are optimized,and the overall seat and some components are improved to improve the comfort of the human body.Finally,the design practice of high-speed rail business seat shape is carried out using the seat principle based on ergonomics.On the premise that form follows function,it is based on the theory of ergonomics.According to the design procedures and methods of industrial products,and based on the survey objects on the current situation and demand of existing products,analyze the clear positioning of business seat design,starting from the basis of seat design: form,material,and color,through market positioning.and user analysis to obtain a shape that meets the needs,and by using computer-aided man-machine analysis software to evaluate the overall seat and the comfort of each component of the business seat,to determine whether the size and overall size of the seat are reasonable,and to verify the rationality of the design.Feasibility,and finally optimize the overall shape of the high-speed rail business seat according to the principles of industrial aesthetics.
