With the continuous improvement of China's modernization,more and more large construction machinery has been applied to infrastructure construction.Wheel crane has become an indispensable part of engineering operation because of its excellent mobility,stability and lifting capacity in civil engineering,machinery,shipbuilding and other industries.Hydraulic cylinder as one of the important parts of wheel crane,the performance of its product directly determines the performance of crane.So more and more research and development personnel put into the wheel crane hydraulic cylinder research and development work.In recent years,with the rapid development of computer technology and finite element method,research and development personnel in the process of hydraulic cylinder research and development and optimization,gradually developed from empirical calculation to the use of finite element software analysis,and based on the calculation results as the fine optimization of hydraulic cylinder design scheme.Finite element method is used to analyze the strength,stiffness and stability of hydraulic cylinder,which is of great engineering value to improve the overall performance of wheeled crane.In this paper,the hydraulic cylinder of wheel crane is parameterized and its strength and stability are analyzed based on finite element method.In the process of parametric modeling,taking the variable amplitude cylinder as an example,the parametric model of hydraulic cylinder is established by USING Creo modeling method,and the method of parameter fitting and the associated follow-up between different parts of hydraulic cylinder are analyzed.At the same time,the strength of the variable amplitude cylinder is analyzed,the finite element strength calculation process of the variable amplitude cylinder is given,and the stress value of the hydraulic cylinder under the same working condition is measured by electric measurement method,and the correctness of the finite element calculation results is verified by data comparison.Finally analyzes stability of hydraulic cylinder,through the analytic method,the finite element method(fem)and experiment method to solve the two ends hinged and fixed at one end hinged at one end under the two states the critical stress of the hydraulic oil cylinder,will the calculating results of various methods are compared,verified the validity of the finite element calculation results,for the hydraulic oil cylinder wheel crane to provide basic data for the parametric design.
