With the rapid development of the mobile phone industry,the production of mobile phones has grown rapidly in recent years,providing great convenience for people's production,life and entertainment,but it also produced a large number of waste mobile phones.At present,there is no proper way to deal with the discarded waste mobile phone.To solve the environmental and resource problems caused by waste mobile phones,relevant researches were carried out on the theory and hardware aspects of the disassembly of waste mobile phones.The specific work is as follows:(1)An Improved Hybrid Graph(IHG)is proposed based on the characteristics of traditional directed graphs and AND-OR graphs,and an Improved Hybrid Graph Disassembly Model(IHGDM)is proposed according to IHG.The disassembly model can generate disassembly sequence that includes parts and components.Aiming at the characteristics of tight structure of mobile phone parts and many connections between parts,the concept of time cell array is proposed,and the time cell array is used to dynamically calculate the disassembly time of the disassembly sequence,which makes the calculation of the dismantling time more accurate.The disassembly sequence of multi-objective optimization is sorted by Pareto solution.The ant colony algorithm is used to calculate the optimization of the disassembly sequence.(2)Taking Huawei Honor 6 mobile phone as an example,the single-objective optimization of serial disassembly sequence of waste mobile phone is carried out,and the performance of IHGDM is verified by comparing with the traditional directed graph disassembly model(DGDM).The results showed that the disassembly time of IHGDM was 13.91% shorter than that of the DGDM.Taking Huawei P7 mobile phone as an example,the multi-objective optimization of the serial disassembly sequence of waste mobile phone is carried out,and comparing with DGDM.It was superior to the DGDM in terms of and disassembly profit.(3)The serial disassembly sequence is improved to generate a parallel disassembly sequence.Taking Xiaomi 4 mobile phone as an example,the multi-objective optimization of the parallel disassembly sequence of IHGDM is verified,and the disassembly sequence is sorted by the Pareto solution.The results showed that the parallel disassembly combined with the Pareto solution method can significantly optimize the disassembly time.(4)Aiming at the problems that the current mobile phone disassembly mostly adopts manual disassembly,which is low in efficiency and high in cost,a design scheme of a multi-screw synchronous disassembly mechanism is proposed.The disassembly operation greatly improves the disassembly efficiency of the screw.This study provides a theoretical analysis method for the disassembly and recycling of waste mobile phone,which is more in line with the actual situation of disassembly waste mobile phones.At the same time,it proposes an automatic disassembly equipment scheme for the disassembly of waste mobile phone screws,which improves the disassembly efficiency of waste mobile phone.
