Hydraulic cylinder is one of the main actuators of modern equipment systems,it is of great significance to research on its reliability to improve the product quality of hydraulic cylinder and the service performance of the main engine system,in this thesis,a series of equipment research and development,product test and data analysis research work are carried out in response to the urgent needs of the research on the reliability of hydraulic cylinders in our country,especially its comprehensive test methods and test devices,accelerated life test methods,data analysis theory and tools.A hydraulic cylinder reliability test method is studied,which provides side load force through cylinder actuation and high temperature oil through a high temperature tank to achieve environmental stress,based on this test method,a new comprehensive test bench for hydraulic cylinder reliability is developed,the test bench can not only carry out hydraulic cylinder type test or factory test,but also reliability test at rated or accelerated stress level.Using the developed new comprehensive test bench for hydraulic cylinder reliability,to carry out the accelerated life test of a certain type of precision hydraulic cylinder,with pressure and oil temperature as the accelerated stress.Combined with the failure mechanism of hydraulic cylinder,an accelerated life test model of hydraulic cylinder based on the generalized Eyring model is studied,the acceleration model of the hydraulic cylinder was obtained by parameter estimation based on the failure data,and the acceleration model is applied to the prediction of the reliability distribution function and characteristic quantity of the hydraulic cylinder under the rated stress level.Based on the above research results,a set of “hydraulic cylinder reliability data analysis software” is developed,the software can be used to analyze the complete sample data or incomplete sample data obtained from the reliability test of the hydraulic cylinder under normal stress level or accelerated stress level,and obtain the reliability distribution function and characteristic quantity of the tested hydraulic cylinder.The new comprehensive test bench for hydraulic cylinder reliability and hydraulic cylinder reliability data analysis software developed in this thesis provide a hardware and software comprehensive research platform for promoting the reliability research of hydraulic cylinders in our country.
