Defibrator is the mechanical equipment which produces medium density fiberboard.Its operation condition restricts the production cost and economic benefits,while the key to the performance and potential of defibrator is the material for fiberboard refiner of defibrator.The high chromium white cast iron qualifies higher toughness,heat resistance and abrasion resistance than ordinary one,which benefits from the characteristics of itself.Therefore,the high chromium white cast iron has been widely applied in the producing of new materials for fiberboard refiner plate of defibrators.Which domestic refiner plate is short service life,serious impacting on the economic efficiency of enterprises.Therefore,Zhenjiang Zhonfoma Machinery Co.,Ltd and Zhejiang Institute Of Mechanical&Electrical Engineering Co.,Ltd jointly develop a high performance of the refiner plate of defibrator.In this paper,the temperature field of mold filling and solidification process is simulated by using MAGMASOFT simulation software.The simulation results can directly see the mold filling process,the temperature field of the solidification process,the temperature field of the solidification process,the casting defects,and so on,which can provide a scientific basis for optimizing the casting process.Which is produced by the faced-iron mould casting,and through different hardness test,impact test wear test to conduct the system research to the different carbon content,different alloy elements and different heat treatment conditions of refining microstructure,mechanical properties and wear through system research.Test results show:after1060?air quenching×2h+470?tempering,hardness and toughness reached a good match,the microstructure is austenite+a small amount of martensite+primary carbide+dispersively distributed secondary carbide At this point the A3 hardness reached 61.2HRC,the impact toughness is 9.5J.cm-2.Designed the refiner plates automatic production line,In the actual grinding abrasion test can reach the neutral level of imported refiner plates Manufacturing cost reduction,achieved good economic and social benefits.
