Real Estate Enterprise Construction Project Safety Management System Research

Real estate construction project safety management is a complicated system engineering.Because the real estate enterprises in the core position in the construction project management,and can bring huge economic benefits for the production safety and social value,so as the main body of construction engineering project management,real estate enterprises should integrate the resources of the construction project cooperated-builing parties advantages,play their leading role in construction engineering project safety manager.But the general lack of construction project safety management responsibility system for real estate enterprises and the practice of safety management system and application research.This paper adopts the method of literature review,statistical analysis,case analysis and combination of theory and practical analysis and other research methods,from the perspective of enterprise management strategy,focus on real estate enterprise power and responsibility system and the construction of a construction project safety management system and applied research.Based on the real estate enterprises in the important position and role of safety management of construction project,by building and promote the real estate enterprises "a pair of responsibilities,should" in the work of production safety management responsibility system,layer upon layer of safety production stress to the enterprise leaders at all levels,clear responsibilities of various functional departments within the enterprise safety management and safety management of the key control points,the responsibility layer upon layer fulfil each post,and from the power and responsibility system,organization,management system,supervision and inspection,performance evaluation,emergency management,contractor management,information management,and explore the real estate enterprise archives management of construction project safety management system of the building and application research,to enhance the consciousness of the responsibility for security in the real estate enterprises,to enhance the overall management level and the safety performance of the real estate enterprises has important research value and practical significance.
