Distribution Of Rhenium,Cobalt,Gold And Silver Elements In The Flotation Process,Dexing Copper Mine

Dexing Copper Deposit is located in the northeast of Jiangxi Province,which is one of the typical porphyry copper deposit in China and important non-ferrous metal production base.Dexing Copper Deposit is a large-scale copper deposits,which has associated Re,Co,Au,Ag and other kinds of useful elements,its great economic value is great.In this paper,the different stages of Dexing Copper Mine flotation samples for the study,arounding occurrence status and distribution of Re,Co,Au,Ag,to provide targeted recommendations for the mine production.On the basis of field work,using optical microscopy,scanning electron microscope energy spectrum analysis,phase analysis,electron microprobe analysis,LA-ICP-MS experiments and other analytical tools to analyze the mineral composition of the sample at different stages of flotation,element content,mineral content,reveals occurrence status and distribution of Re,Co,Au,Ag.Results are as follows:(1)Ore minerals are mainly pyrite,chalcopyrite,molybdenite,tennantite,tetrahedrite,galena,gangue minerals are quartz,sericite,chlorite,also found rutile oxide in the Samples of flotation.Pyrite,chalcopyrite,molybdenite were enriched in sulfur concentrate,copper concentrate(or refined),molybdenum concentrate,some flotation tailings still has value used again.(2)The distribution of Re,Co,Au,Ag content in the different stages of the flotation process samplesis closely related to occurrence status.Re content of molybdenum concentrate(MJ)is the highest,its range in 83.1 ～ 630μg/ g,the average content of 371.42μg/g,the followed is rougher molybdenum concentrates;Co content in sulfur concentrate(SJ and SZJL)of is the highest;Aucontent in mixedcopper concentrate of Dashan beneficiation plantsand refined copper concentrate of Sizhou beneficiation plantsis the highest;Ag content in roughermolybdenum concentrate of Dashan beneficiation plantsand refined copperconcentrate of Sizhou beneficiation plantsis the highest.(3)The form of molybdenite is mainly 2H type in Dexing Copper deposit,Re hosted molybdenitemainly by the form of isomorphism.Co hosted in pyrite,chalcopyrite,tetrahedrite arsenic and other metal sulphides is mainly by the form of isomorphous.Au occurrencemainly in the form of independent minerals exist,the host mineral is pyrite and chalcopyrite.Ag hosted in copper sulfides is mainly by the form of isomorphous.(4)In addition to associated Re,Co,Au,Ag element has the value of recycling in Dexing Copper Mine,sericite,rutile of the tailingsand associated selenium also has great potential value for development.Some scholars have carried out related experiments the study.
