Multiphase pump is the key equipment to realize gas-liquid mixture. In order to solve the problem of low efficiency and difficulty to adapt to the high gas rate,a new type of reciprocating oil and gas mixing pump is proposed. At present, the related research of the pump is still in the exploratory stage, the inlet check valve is the important component of reciprocating oil gas multiphase pump, its quality is directly related to the working performance and the service life of the reciprocating pump.In this paper, the inlet one-way valve in the type of 3DP—60/3.0 reciprocating oil-gas multiphase pump is used as the research object, the numerical simulation is carried out in terms of the valve ball opening, the medium gas rate, the inlet and outlet boundary conditions. The one-way valve experimental device is designed to set up and the experimental values are compared to verify the accuracy of the numerical simulation results. The opening process of the one way ball valve is simulated and calculated, and it is revealed that the working characteristics of the valve under the mixed transport conditions.Specific studies are as follows:1.The steady simulation and analysis of inlet one-way valve is studied. The steady simulation of gas-liquid check valve research is conducted based on the software FLUENT.Flow field models under different valve ball opening are built, and numerical simulations of models are carried out to obtain valve gap flow rate, inlet and outlet pressure difference, flow coefficient and flow resistance coefficient in different media gas fraction. The one-way ball valve is in the open state of a certain height, and the effects of the working conditions on the pressure difference and flow resistance characteristics of the valve are studied.2.The experiment and contrast analysis of gas-liquid two-phase valve is studied. In order to verify the reliability of the numerical simulation results,a high accuracy test platform was designed to carry out experimental analysis and research on the physical model of the one-way ball valve. The steady state test results of the inlet valve of a reciprocating pump under different inlet flow rate and valve opening are obtained. It is revealed that the influence of inlet flow rate and valve ball opening on the pressure difference between inlet and outlet and the flow coefficient of valve. The experimental results and CFD simulation results are compared and analyzed, and the error analysis is used to prove the accuracy of the numerical simulation data.3.Transient analysis of the opening and closing characteristics of inlet check valve is studied. The UDF program and the dynamic grid method are used to simulate the opening process of the valve.By changing the valve ball material, the spring stiffness coefficient to change the size of the force of the ball valve,it is revealed that the effect of the valve ball material, spring stiffness coefficient and the gas rate on the opening process of one-way valve, and puts forward two basic principles of spring optimization design.
