Study On The Development Strategy Of Natural Gas Business In Sinopec—A Case Study On The Daqing Oilfield Natural Gas Company

The present thesis,based on the concept of the integrated construction and the current operating conditions of domestic natural gas production,and by using qualitative and quantitative analysis theories,focuses on the theory and practice of the restructuring and integration of the natural gas industry.Although this paper takes Daqing Oilfield for example,it reflects the common existing problems and difficulties of the traditional domestic gas industry.The systematic analysis and the theoretical studies of the integrated construction of Daqing Oilfield and gas will have some positive impact on the integrated construction of natural gas industry.This paper consists of five parts.Chapter One is an introduction which focuses on the necessity and significance of the natural gas industry and the basic theories.Chapter Two has an analysis of the external environment for the execution of the integration strategy for Daqing Oilfield natural gas industry.Chapter Three analyzes the development strategy of the internal environment of Daqing Oilfield natural gas industry.This chapter analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of integration strategy in Daqing oilfield natural gas industry.Chapter Four witnesses a quantitative evaluation of the key factors for the integration strategy by using EFE and IFE matrix.Combining with the results from quantitative evaluations,the paper,using SWOT and QSPM analysis,puts forward an appropriate integration strategy for Daqing Oilfield.Chapter Five illustrates the possible problems and difficulties in the strategic study on the integration of Daqing Oilfield natural gas industry.Finally,the paper gives reasonable suggestions for integrated construction of Daqing Oilfield natural gas industry.
