The arrival of the knowledge economy,talent has become the enterprise’s core competitive resources,but also the sustainable development of enterprises and technological innovation,the competition between enterprises has gradually changed from the traditional resources into competition at this stage of the competition.Coca-Cola executives have said so,would rather burn all plant of Coca-Cola,Coca-Cola can’t lose the senior management,which shows the sophisticated management personnel for enterprises.Similarly,for enterprises,different posts have different roles,but they are the core resources of the enterprise.In the process of the development of enterprises,the loss of employees is any enterprise will,at the same time in the process of employee turnover,loss of technology,customer related problems will lead to the enterprise,the formation of adverse effects.Generally speaking,the enterprise internal staff turnover is normal,but only limited to the human resource planning within the staff turnover,rather than planning beyond the loss of staff,enterprises will form corresponding vacancy loss under second kinds of situations to employees,enterprises of normal production and operation activities,and for enterprises to form a certain loss the size of the loss,mainly depends on the completion time and the lack of post staff employee turnover joint loss effect.In the course of the study,this paper will take XQ company as the main research object,on the company’s internal staff turnover rate analysis of the status quo,as well as the depth of the staff turnover rate analysis of influence factors,grasp the depth of XQ company employee turnover;according to the present problems,and after questionnaire survey of staff turnover problems to grasp scientific,put forward the XQ company employee turnover control scheme,comprehensive improvement of XQ company employee turnover adverse effect brought to the enterprise and employee turnover rate at the same time,this research can be a reference for similar enterprises.
