As China’s economic level rises,the competition in all industries becomes more and more fierce.Talent,as the core driving force of enterprise development,plays a crucial role in the realization of the strategic goals of enterprises.The coal industry is an important part of China’s economic,and the high-quality development of coal enterprises plays a key role in the steady implementation of China’s national strategy.Looking at the current international situation,energy security is the key to the independence and autonomy of the country’s foreign policy.With the development of science and technology,most of the coal production enterprises are carrying out innovative development and structural transformation,but they have to face the problem of low quality of employees.Training,as an important grip to achieve the improvement of staff ability and quality,provides an efficient and reliable way and method for the cultivation of enterprise talents in order to further promote the high-quality development of enterprises.At present,some coal enterprises do not pay attention to employee training,resulting in the slow construction of enterprise training system and can not meet the current industry development trend,which hinders the improvement of employees’ working ability to a certain extent.As a relatively large coal enterprise in the industry,XY company is representative in the industry.Therefore,this paper selects XY company as the research object.Using the theory of human resource management,this paper combs the literature at home and abroad through literature research method.At the same time,through questionnaire survey and interview,this paper investigates the current situation of employee training in XY company,and finds that XY company has some problems,such as weak training demand analysis,lack of complete training scheme,opaque training plan,unreasonable training time,single training content and method,insufficient training resources,lack of scientific effect evaluation system,and analyzes the reasons from three aspects: company benefit is weakened,company training consciousness is weak and employees do not pay attention to training.In view of the problems existing in employee training,this paper designs optimization countermeasures from four aspects: accurate training demand analysis,scientific design of training scheme,focus on training evaluation,and construction of long-term mechanism for employee training,so as to achieve the goal of improving the company’s training effect,improving the employees’ ability,and promoting the achievement of the company’s strategic objectives.
