Compression pants can protect human body from injury during doing sports,the academically accepted protective mechanism is that the compression pants can reduce the vibration of soft tissue.It can replace part of the muscle activity used to control the vibration of soft tissue.But that doesn’t mean that the more pressure added to the muscles of the limbs,the better protection effects can be reached,and that doesn’t mean one running compression pants can fit all running distances.In this paper,the fatigue sequence of lower extremity muscles in the running sports of 800m and 1500m is studied,and the fatigue muscles of these two miles are protected with that.By changing fabric stretch rate covered in the thigh and the lower leg(so that the compression of the garment was controlled).The distance of each muscle gets fatigue and soft tissue vibration of lower limb muscles were compared with different compression compactness.Finally,the best protection status of the pants is matched,and the protective effect of the running compression trousers suitable for 800m and1500m is verified.Methods:16 amateur runners,who have similar body shape and movement condition were selected to be the subjects,and they are randomly divided into two groups,one group of eight subjects were used for investigating the fatigue sequence of lower extremity muscles,another group of eight participants were asked to check whether the compression pants can have positive effect to the muscles.Using Delsys Trigno?Systems,wireless electrical system to test the activities of lower limb muscles to decide the fatigue sequence and to test the soft tissue vibration.The running compression pants were developed according to the fatigue sequential.The muscle fatigue evaluation index here is iEMGFT(electromyographic fatigue threshold).By researching the compression garments market and conducting the fabric stretching experiment of the warp knitting fabric,the fabrics suitable for the compression trousers are selected.With soft tissue vibration acceleration peak value of GM to evaluate the strength of the soft tissue vibration,based on the acceleration sensor detect the energy consumption in the process of running,explore the relationship between iEMGFTand vibration characteristics of soft tissue and energy consumption.The main results and conclusions:(1)There are disparities in the sequence of fatigue in the lower extremity muscles in the running sports of 800m and1500m.The fatigue sequence is:the thigh muscle precedes the calf muscle.(2)Compression pants can effectively increase muscle electromyography fatigue threshold,but not the hinher compression pressure can reduce more muscle fatigue,because by applying different compression pressure may change the subjects’movements(such as gait,etc.)as well as affect the subjects’psychology.(3)The optimal tightness of 800m running compression trousers is:20%of the fabric stretch in the thigh,and 0%(no protection)in the shins.Under this state,the fatigue threshold of lower limb muscles increased by 0.94--793.01m,respectively,0.10%-52.66%of unprotected state.1500 m running compression pants is the best protective status of 10+20,the fabrics of thigh stretch rate is 10%,the fabrics of calves stretching rate is30%of the clothing collocation of lower limb muscles tightness of the overall protective effect is best.Under this protective condition,the fatigue threshold of lower limb muscles was extended by 37.76--161.08m,and the extended range was 3.98%--17.61%.
