Rotary steering drilling technology is suitable for the difficult Wells and special reservoirs,and it has many other advantages and rapid development since the launch.The measurement of borehole attitude parameters(inclination,tool face angle and azimuth)is one of the key techniques in the orientation of the drilling,improving the measuring accuracy of attitude parameters can reduce the drilling cycle and the drilling risk.In this paper,it based on rotary steerable drilling tool,inclinometer sensor for the study of attitude measurement-while-drilling system components and measurement methods to improve research.In order to achieve research aims,we have designed a set of high precision data acquisition system,including the machine survey data collection box and PC software processing system.Combined inclinometer calibration units,using the sensor of full rotation,realize the original data collection,storage,and other functions.Through the acquisition of 240 groups of experimental data to evaluate the performance of the sensor,analyze the causes of measurement error.In this system,in order to complete the error compensation of sensor,we have used 12 parameters of automatic correction algorithm,complete zero bias,scale factor and misalignment deviation,get the sensor’s basic parameters,improving the measuring accuracy of borehole profile parameters.Through a large number of laboratory and industrial field experimental results show that the system has high reliability,good stability,and can meet the demand of survey sensor calibration,and lays the foundation for subsequent correction and research work.
