The hydraulic support is an important equipment to ensure the safety and normal production of the coal face.It plays a key role in controlling the pressure of the coal face and preventing the roof from being broken.With the increase of mining depth,the phenomenon of rock burst is more and more frequent.From many cases of coal mine rock burst accidents,most of hydraulic supports adopt large flow safety valve as anti shock measures,but when the rock burst occurs,the large flow safety valve does not open to relief pressure in time,resulting in a large number of personnel and property losses.So how to reduce the stress of the hydraulic support,increase the discharge flow and time of the large flow safety valve,and improve the anti shock ability of the hydraulic support is the key problem to solve the coal mine rock burst accident.In order to solve the above problems,a new anti shock technology of hydraulic support is proposed in this paper.On the basis of Bingham model and Herschel Buckley model,the output damping mechanical formula of Mr buffer element is derived,and the innovative design and key structure size calculation of buffer element are carried out.Based on Bingham model and Herschel Buckley model,the output damping mechanical model of Mr buffer element is proposed,and the key structural parameters of Mr buffer element are calculated.According to the working condition characteristics of the hydraulic support under the impact of ground pressure,the control system and fuzzy PI control system for the MR buffer element are designed.The control strategy and fuzzy PI control fuzzy rules of the control system are studied.Based on AMESim and Simulink software,the joint simulation of traditional hydraulic support and anti impact hydraulic support is realized.Through the comparative analysis of the pressure in the column cavity,the displacement of hydraulic support and the discharge flow of large flow safety valve,the effectiveness of the anti impact technology of coal mine hydraulic support based on MR is verified.By comparing and analyzing the simulation results under different impact speed conditions,the correctness of the mechanical model of the output damping force of the buffer element is verified.By comparing the pressure in the column cavity and the discharge flow of the safety valve under different speeds,the control efficiency of the two control strategies under different speeds is analyzed.In view of the shortcomings of the existing hydraulic support impact test system,through the analysis of the stress of the hydraulic support when it is impacted,a test system for the shock test of the hydraulic support in the working face is studied and designed,which lays the foundation for the prototype test of the anti shock hydraulic support.
