The main mine fan(or ventilator)is the core equipment of the underground ventilation system in coal mines,which must continuously deliver fresh air to the underground 24 hours a day to dilute the concentration of harmful gases and exhaust the harmful gases to the outside of the well,to ensure the safety of underground workers and the smooth progress of coal mine production.If the ventilator fails and causes a coal mine accident,there will be huge economic and human losses.Therefore,it is important to carry out research on the safe operation and guarantee system of mine main fan to achieve safe production in coal mines.This topic takes axial flow ventilator as the research object,analyzes the structure and working principle of ventilator,points out the common failure type and failure mechanism of ventilator,analyzes and calculates the key parameters of ventilator,selects suitable sensors for monitoring,and analyzes the structure and function of the safe operation guarantee system of the main ventilator for mining,and provides the basis for subsequent research.Based on the vibration signal of the ventilator bearing,an EMD feature extraction method based on wavelet noise reduction is proposed to address the advantages and disadvantages of existing feature extraction methods.In order to solve the problem of slow convergence of BP neural network in the fault diagnosis process,a method is proposed to optimize the connection weights and thresholds of BP neural network by using particle swarm(PSO)algorithm,and the comparison between BP neural network and PSO-BP neural network fault diagnosis model is realized by MATLAB software.The hardware and software components of the safe operation guarantee system of the main fan for mining are analyzed and designed,and the hardware aspects of the PLC control system are analyzed and designed,including the selection of the PLC model,the determination of analog I/O points and the determination of digital I/O points;the software design is mainly the design of the PLC control program and the interface of the host computer,and the design of the human-machine interaction interface of the host computer is carried out by LabVIEW.This project design of the mine main fan safety operation guarantee system integrates intelligence and information technology,can realize the signal online monitoring and fault diagnosis,has the advantages of reliable performance,simple organization,good interface,easy expansion,etc.,has practical significance to reduce the occurrence of mine safety accidents.
