With the rapid development of modern technology,intelligent and automated production lines make the production efficiency of beverages higher and higher.However,due to the lack of supporting related testing equipment,the quality control cannot be controlled.For example,products with unqualified liquid levels will appear,which will seriously affect the long-term development of the enterprise.The conventional detection methods adopted by enterprises are usually manual identification,which not only makes the product quality not guaranteed,but also reduces the efficiency and detection accuracy,but also brings some potential problems and affects the long-term development of the enterprise.Therefore,in order to ensure the quality of products and eliminate potential quality problems,designing a machine vision-based bottle level detection and rejection system is very important for the long-term development of beverage companies.This article first determined the technical indicators of this system according to the national regulations on beverage packaging and the speed requirements of the factory's beverage production line:first,it can reach the 72,000 bottle/hour inspection standard,and the inspection accuracy can reach ± 1mm.Then compare and analyze different liquid level detection schemes,and finally determine the liquid level detection method based on machine vision.First,the industrial computer drives the industrial camera to collect the liquid level image,and transmits it to the industrial computer through the GigE Ethernet cable and uses Opencv for image processing,and then calculates the liquid level value and judges whether the liquid level is qualified and rejects the unqualified liquid level in real time.The machine vision-based bottle liquid level detection and rejection system designed in this paper is composed of optical imaging module,image acquisition module,industrial computer intelligent processing decision module and rejection module,which has the characteristics of high precision and low cost.This system has designed a machine vision processing algorithm that can meet the high-speed operation of the link,and uses statistical process control to comprehensively manage and schedule all links.Aiming at the possible interference of high vibration and high humidity in the production workshop,various anti-vibration and anti-moisture measures and stainless steel shielding shells have been designed.This design has verified the feasibility of this detection scheme through a series of experiments,which can meet the requirements of high speed and high precision,and can meet the detection needs of different bottle types and different solutes.
