In the industrial production process,accurate liquid level measurement and control are of great significance for ensuring production quality and improving production efficiency.However,there are various problems with liquid level measurement methods at this stage.For example,unified equipment for liquid level detection under certain conditions is still not mature.Liquid level measurement technology based on machine vision is currently the most used measurement methods.The liquid level information can be photographed by cameras,and then the liquid level height can be obtained through image processing technology.Such method has the advantages of strong anti-interference,high detection accuracy,non-contact,etc.Based on the detection of penicillin fermentation liquid level,this paper proposes a new type of liquid level measurement and control system.In view of the low accuracy and poor safety of current liquid level measurement methods,this paper proposes a liquid level measurement and control system based on machine vision,constructing a measurement and control system hardware with industrial cameras,embedded computers,flow valves as the main parts.The hardware uses image processing technology to analyze and process the collected images to obtain the liquid level height,which greatly improves the accuracy of liquid level measurement.At the same time,it connects the obtained liquid level information with subsequent control operations to realize the automation production of liquid level control.Compared with the old manual detection and control method,the accuracy of this system is greatly improved.After testing,the production yield of penicillin is increased by 2% and the cost consumption is reduced.This thesis introduces the liquid level measurement and control system with machine vision as the core,which realizes the accurate measurement and control of the penicillin fermentation liquid level.In the aspect of liquid level measurement,image processing technology is the core.Through the research and analysis of image processing algorithms,different image processing algorithms are used to calculate the liquid level,and the improved Hough transform algorithm is used to improve the accuracy of the system.The improved Hough transform algorithm shown in the thesis is not only suitable for the liquid level detection of this system,but also has its research value in the academic field.Finally,this thesis analyzes and corrects the pixel error generated by the detection process of this system by explaining the imaging principle.The liquid level measurement and control system designed in this paper has certain reference value for the application of machine vision in industrial control.
