| Baosteel dedusting system is put into use in 1996,because the system running time is long,the deterioration of equipment and pipeline dust serious corrosion on the present operation methods have been unable to meet the emission standards,so as soon as possible for the transformation of the dust removal system is necessary.The establishment of Baosteel Group has nearly thirty years,a lot of equipment is still in use from project investment,after so many years,continuous maintenance can not adapt to the high load production needs,the urgent need to update technology and equipment.In the implementation of technical renovation,equipment renewal process,to meet the production needs,so the management and prevention of the risk existing in the project schedule,quality and safety goals,it is particularly important.In view of the above situation,this paper combines the theory and method of risk management,in the process of construction and implementation of the dusting system in Baosteel hot rolling mill,and studies the related theoretical experience of the risk management of such large-scale technical transformation projects at home and abroad.Taking Baosteel hot rolling plant dust removal system reconstruction project as the research object.We use nusing questionnaire survey method,brainstorming,risk matrix,and Baud’s ordinal number analysis to analyze and manage the risk of the project.This paper identifies the risk factors which are analyzed by the expert team and identifies the four first levels of risk,safety risk,progress risk and management risk,as well as the two levels of risk,scaffolding,construction resources,labor organization and so on.The risk matrix method is used to classify the risk with three grades of high,medium and low.On the basis of the risk matrix method,the Baude ordinal number method is used to sort the risk.After evaluation,the risk is clear from high to low level,which is beneficial to taking different coping strategies and Countermeasures,and making the risk of the dedusting system renovation project of Baosteel hot rolling mill controllable,and avoiding or reducing the loss of human,material and financial resources caused by various internal and external reasons in the project implementation process.At the same time,Implementing effective monitoring for the risk management process of the dust removal system transformation project of Baosteel hot rolling mill.Carrying out regular health inspection activities,so that the implementation of project risk management activities to maximize the effectiveness.Finally,combing the knowledge of all aspects of project risk management in this paper,and summarizing the project of dedusting system in Baosteel hot rolling mill,we hope to apply the research results to the risk management research of this kind of technical reform project in Baosteel in the future. |
