High-silicon steel(Fe-6.5%Si)has the characteristics of high resistivity,low magnetocrystalline anisotropy and magnetostriction coefficient close to zero,which combines the advantages of low iron loss,high permeability,low noise and so on.It is ideal soft magnetic material in production of transformers,large distribution core,which plays an important role in energy saving.In this study,the thickness of 0.34mm oriented high silicon steel strip is successfully made in the method of the traditional one-time rolling,which including hot-rolling,normalizing,rolling and decarburization annealing process.The inhibitors is MnS and AIN.The evolution of microstructure and texture during deformation,recrystallization,slow temperature and high temperature annealing were analyzed and characterized by XRD and EBSD.Then the effect of different initial states on the microstructure and texture evolution of the oriented high silicon steel strip in the whole process and the influence of the magnetic properties of the final product were analyzed.The main results are as follows.The normalized sheets changes the initial microstructure and texture,which changes the orientation and grain size of the pre-rolled crystals,thus the microstructure and texture evolution during rolling are affected.The initial recrystallization process takes place in the deformed matrix.The type and strength of the textured structure and the state of the deformed microstructure determine the recrystallization structure and texture.So the initial microstructure and texture state have a key influence on the deformation and recrystallization texture.After rolling treatment,1/4 and 1/2 layers of the hot-rolled state sheets showe strong ?-based texture,which turns to weak {114}<481>and{112}<110>textures after recrystallization.The normalized state sheets,after rolled 1/4th layer is strong y texture and l/2th layer is strong a texture.After recrystallization,1/2 layer is a strong y texture with 1/4 layers of {114}<481>and {112}<110>texture.The starting temperature of secondary recrystallization is 1000? in the hot-rolled state sheets and 1025? in the normalized state sheets.The perfection level of secondary recrystallization in the hot-rolled state sheets is better than that of the normalized state sheets.Oriented high silicon steel strip is successfully made by the initial hot-rolled state and normalized state.The magnetic properties of the former is:B8=1.55T,P10/50=0.52W/Kg and the latter is:B8=1.67T,P10/50=0.39W/Kg.
