Risk management is an important part of project management.Due to the characteristics of the project and the special nature of the Intelligent project,by the influence of internal and external environment.It leads that the risk management become a big difficulty in the project management.And following with the global industrial market recession in recent years,it is in the deflation of the economic environment,at the same time the competition is fierce increasingly between enterprises at home and abroad,so that many enterprises in order to maintain a competitive advantage pay more attention to risk management.This paper uses the thought of Research on Intelligent grinding roller workshop construction Project in 1580 Hot Rolling Mill of Baosteel,We take Intelligent project as the research object on the basis of learning domestic and foreign risk research related theories.We use using questionnaire survey method,literature research and Depth interviews on the project risk analysis and management.We focused on the risk of the construction stage in Intelligent project in 1580 Hot Rolling Mill of Baosteel.External risks and internal risks may affect the project construction,and risk levels of holographic The paper builds the evaluation index system of Intelligent grinding roller workshop construction Project in 1580 Hot Rolling Mill of Baosteel.In order to make the judgment more accurate and scientific,we use RFRM to calculate and analyze which risks may influence the project.And then we Identify risk response measures according to the calculation results.So that we can identify risk response or even to avoid losses of manpower,material,financial resources in the process of project implementation.Finally,this paper summarizes the results of the study,and prospect the future research.We hope to improve the level of project management,and we can widely use the results in small-scale air separation project at the same time.
