With the rapid development of the civilization of China,the population demonstrates a high increase,which causes a deep concern for the processing issues of kitchen waste.High-investment,slow-recycling,deep social influence and wide service objects that are all the main features of processing kitchen waste,which make it as a complicated and high-profit system project,also comes with risks.It can help promote the scientific level of kitchen waste disposal project when making decision,meanwhile,avoiding major mistakes.’100 t/d SG Group Beijing’ kitchen waste was chosen as the object for this project to research.Based on the theory of Project Risk Management and combined the practical situation of this project,the risk caused during the procedure was obtained as the point cut to research the risk management in the planning,financing,construction and operation of SG kitchen waste disposal project.First,this project takes the PEST and brain storm analysis to identify the risks of this project that may face eight main risks,including accounting risk,marketing risk,management risk,credit risk,irresistible risk,technology risk,political risk and financial risk.Secondly,after comprehensively analyzing of the identified risks,it is concluded that there may be 20 risks in the construction period of SG kitchen waste disposal project.Through to evaluate the identified risks by comprehensive,it is concluded that the risk of long-investment,long-payback period and high-operation cost will lead to the most serious adverse result to this project.Last but not the least,taking operation to control risks and establishing a wholesome risk-control system based on the specific risk response and preventive measures.Lastly,a conclusion is given.It summarizes the research results of the thesis and putting forward relevant suggestions and development prospects.It will bring theoretical significance and practical value to carry out the research on risk management of SG food kitchen waste disposal project.On theoretical significance side,the research of risk management was enriched in a sense,and on practical value side,the factors of risk could be identified according to the research results.Not only it helps enterprises to reduce risks,makes contingency plans in advance,and lets the project runs smoothly,also,provides reference s to the similar type of risk project.
