The waste heat recovery of sinter is one of the key points in the green transformation and upgrading of the "2016-2020 year plan for the adjustment and upgrading of the iron and steel industry".The model of annular cooler waste heat recovery is the main form of the current domestic and foreign sinter sensible heat recovery.The evelopment focus of annular cooler is upgrading technology during the 13th five-year plan and even in longer period of time.It is one of the basic work of technical upgrading that optimize the thermal parameters for the annular cooler and HRSG and match their relationship.Our research team conducted the preliminary research for the optimization of the thermal parameters of HRSG,and we know that the operation parameters of the sintering HRSG have a certain room for improvement in China.In addition,our research team have optimized the annular cooler thermal parameters and it improved the enthalpy exergy from the annular cooler outlet.That is,the temperature and flow of the inlet heat carrier of HRSG have been improved.So it is necessary for the thermal parameters of HRSG for reexamination.We intends to conduct a preliminary optimization of thermal parameters of sintering HRSG and lay a theoretical foundation for technological upgrading of sintering HRSG parameters in China.The research absorbs the results of our research team in the vertical tank type HRSG.For a 360m2 sinter system in China,we discussed the overall structure type of HRSG,established the optimization model of thermal economics,compiled thermodynamic calculation program and so on and analysed the influence of operating parameters for the flow resistance in the boiler,the energy of outlet in the boiler and the annual cost.We get the appropriate operating parameters for HRSG by genetic algorithm in Matlab and corrected structural parameters of HRSG.Main research content and innovation.(1)The basic methods for optimizing the operating parameters of HRSG are divided into the following steps.Considering the time value of capital,initial investment and operation cost,we use the price of energy as the objective function to establish thermo economic optimization model,use the boiler design calculation model to compile the design calculation program to determine the structure parameters and use genetic algorithm in Matlab to optimize operating parameters.(2)The main factors affecting the boiler performance indicators is flow resistance,annual cost and energy of outlet.In the adjustable range of production.The flue gas flow resistance,fluid flow resistance,annual cost and energy of outlet gradually increase with the high and low pressure steam temperature rising and gradually decrease and with the high and low pressure steam pressure,pinch point temperature and approach temperature gradually rising.(3)For certain HRSG of 360m2 sinter system,its heat carrier of inlet is two streams.One is 420? and 382460m3/h,another is 380? and 382460m3/h.After the optimization,we know HRSG optimum operating parameters.High pressure steam is 385? and 2.7MPa.Low pressure steam is 237? and 0.63MPa.High pressure pinch point and approach temperature are 15.4? and 16.2?.Low pressure pinch point and approach temperature are 15.7? and 15.3?.The power of HRSG is up to 19.2MW,which is 6.7%higher than the design capacity and 28%higher than the actual production.
