| Natural gas will increase rapidly in the proportion of energy structure in China,and pipeline transportation is undoubtedly the most convenient,quick and economical means for the transportation of natural gas on land.The pipeline transportation of natural gas depends on the pressurization of compressor.With the increasing demand for natural gas,technical specifications for centrifugal compressor and its control system is more and more strict,the compressor in the actual operating process,will encounter gas composition changes,import state changes,change of flow rate,speed change condition adjustment.If the compressor can not be controlled in real time and accurately,it can not guarantee that the compressor can run efficiently and safely.Therefore,the automatic control of the anti surge system of the control system,especially in the operation of the centrifugal compressor,has become particularly important.In this thesis,the parallel centrifugal compressor as an example to design a set of natural gas compressor control system from input control,compressor drive four aspects of control,parameter detection and control and main control system detailed design description.Finally,aiming at the main problems of surge of centrifugal compressor,and designs a kind of active anti surge control model of multi sensor state and the compressor motor control based on the operation of the compressor in real time as possible to maintain steady state,to avoid the generation of surge phenomenon.In addition,this thesis also proposes a control algorithm for control system of centrifugal compressor,the compressor unit is able to complete the abnormal state of self inspection and self repair,to ensure the healthy operation of the compressor for long time.At the same time,in order to ensure the accurate implementation of the control system,this thesis designs and implements a set of natural gas compressor control system,the control system can do dynamic simulation test in the factory,according to the technological device processes need loading,unloading,system operation,control grid and other real inspection unit.At the same time,the intelligent inspection and control system software program,alarm,interlocking system,sequential drive,stop process configuration,programming accuracy.In this system,combined with the unit performance,process equipment requirements can realize the development of the core technology of the software unit,simulated combat exercise,training engineers,operators to complete the whole process of loading,unloading,grid operation,etc..The unit is safe and reliable,high efficiency,cycle operation to provide a reliable guarantee for the natural gas centrifugal compressor. |
