The multi-rope friction hoist is an important lifting and transportation equipment in mine production.During long-term operation,it is easy to cause the problem of tension imbalance of the steel wire rope.The steel wire rope with an excessive load first produces fatigue damage,and the corresponding friction pad will also cause excessive wear..According to the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations":the difference between the tension of any wire rope in the friction lifting device and the average wire rope tension cannot exceed ±10%.Therefore,a multi-rope friction lifting wire rope tension monitoring system was designed.The monitoring system includes three parts:signal acquisition,wireless signal transmission,data processing and display.The system can display the status of the wire rope online in real time,and alarm when the tension of the wire rope is overloaded or unbalanced to ensure the safe and stable operation of the hoist.The self-designed pad pressure sensor is adopted,and the elastic body is a spoke-type elastic body,which is installed inside the roller pad,and the pressure of the pad is obtained through the sensorThe signal transmission adopts the wireless transmission method,considering the transmission distance and cost,and uses the Zigbee and WiFi cooperation scheme:Zigbee is used to design the wireless communication network,and the cushion pressure is obtained and converted into steel wire tension;S3C2440 microprocessor design The ARM9 gateway obtains the wire rope tension data and sends it wirelessly to the host computer.A virtual instrument LabVIEW is used to develop the host computer,and real-time online monitoring of the state of the wire rope is performed.The functions of the host computer include wire rope tension curve,wire rope tension difference curve,wire rope total tension curve,historical data storage,alarm when overload or tension imbalance.Simulation experiments were carried out on the monitoring system,and the feasibility of the wireless transmission system and the host computer was verified through the simulation experiments.Figure[66]Table[9]Reference[61]...
