In recent years,with the rapid development of high-speed trains,aerospace,mechanical engineering and marine engineering,the demand of high-precision gears is increasing,and higher requirements are put forward for high-precision gears.At present,forming grinding machine are widely used on account of its high efficiency,versatility and high precision.However,there are few studies on CNC gear grinding machine in China.thus further research of this is necessary.In this paper,the numerical control shaping grinding machine of internal gear is taken as the research object,the grinding head and its key components are analyzed by finite element method,and the grinding-wheel-rack of the core component of grinding head is optimized according to the analysis results.A vibration test platform is built to test the vibration of grinding head,which provides a reference for reducing the impact of vibration on the machining accuracy of internal gear.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The grinding force of forming grinding teeth is confirmed.The internal relationship between forming grinding and surface grinding is analyzed,and the grinding force calculation formula of forming grinding is deduced.The experiment of forming grinding was carried out on NC forming grinding machine.The experimental formula of tangential grinding force was deduced and verified by measuring the power of motorized spindle under different processing parameters by regression method.(2)Static and modal analysis of the grinding head are carried out.Based on ANSYS Workbench,the structure of grinding head is analyzed statically to obtain the maximum stress and displacement deformation.The first six vibration modes are obtained by modal analysis,and the characteristics of vibration modes are analyzed to further clarify the weak links of grinding-wheel-rack.(3)The structure of grinding-wheel-rack is optimized.The response surface optimization analysis method is used to optimize the grinding-wheel-rack structure and to determine the optimal size of the structure,so as to achieve lightweight design on the premise of maintaining stiffness and strength.(4)Conduct the Vibration characteristic experiment of grinding head structure.The vibration characteristics of the grinding head are tested on the test platform,and the vibration signals of the grinding head under different working conditions are collected.By using the comparative analysis method of time-domain signal and frequency-domain signal,the vibration situation of grinding head and the causes of vibration under different spindle speed and different grinding depth are analyzed,which provides a reference for reducing the impact of vibration on the accuracy of internal gear.
