Research On Diversified Development Strutegy Of Fenxi Mining Group T Of Fenxi Mining Group

The development strategy of enterprises has gradually become an important factor to promote the development of enterprises,which also promotes enterprises to continuously exert their own advantages,actively adapt to the environment of market development,and formulate scientific and reasonable development strategies to promote the diversification of enterprises,with the rapid development of the international environment.However,in the process of adopting a diversified development strategy,an enterprise needs to fully understand the its own situation and environment around to fully exert its core competitiveness.The development strategy of an enterprise has played a major role in promoting the long-term development of the enterprise.Over several years,facing the development of sustainable development strategies and eliminating backward production capacity related policies,coal enterprises has not only obtained more benefits,but alsofaced with increasing market threats.A good development strategy can effectively promote the transformation of the way of thinking of coal enterprises,and thus promote the development of the market environment.Fenxi Mining Group is the largest locally-developed coal enterprise in Jiexiu City,Shanxi Province.At present,it mainly focuses on the development of three major industries,all of which are coking coal,chemical industry,and power.As new clean energy has been widely developed and utilized in recent years,the coal benefits of Fenxi Mining Group interprises have been greatly squeezed.Hence,the companies have embarked on a path of diversified development,especially in new projects such as environmental protection industryand waste material reuse as well as photovoltaic power generation.However,due to the current diversification of Fenxi Mining Group scale has not yet been formed on the road of chemical development,diversified projects haven’t gained a rapid development.Based on the tools of strategic analysis,this article uses SWOT,PESTand five-force model methods to analysis the concept,characteristics,school,classification of the diversified development strategy and the SWOT environment and PEST environment developed by Fenxi Mining Group.Then analyze and determine the the strategic positioning of Fenxi Mining Group’s diversified development,in conclusion,it proposes the implementation points of Fenxi Mining Group’s diversified development strategy plan-first,improving the diversified development strategy planning ideas and goals;second,making the leading industries bigger and stronger,and promoting the development of auxiliary industries;third,increasing enterprise reform and actively expanding the external market;fourth,strengthening the operation of funds andlevel of enterprise safety management;Fifth,building and improving a diversified organizational structure;sixth,strengthening the innovation of science and technology and management,improving core competitiveness;seventh,strengthening the introduction and training of talents,and the level of enterprise management.Based on a rich theoretical basis,the research in this paper effectively combines the theory and actual situation,and considers with the actual situation of the development of Fenxi Mining Group.It also has a good reference for the development of the diversified development strategy of similar coal enterprises.
