Bolt support is the main form of support in coal mine.Based on the low degree of automation and low working efficiency in coal mine,especially the low degree of automation in bolt support,it seriously affects the mining efficiency in coal mine.This paper puts forward a kind of coal mine automatic anchor drill,which mainly includes automatic anchor net laying device and automatic anchor drill device.After roadway excavation,the automatic anchor drill truck moves to the designated position,and after the automatic anchor net laying device is ready,the net laying work is carried out.Subsequently,the automatic anchor drill rig carries out a series of anchor drilling operations.The whole operation is carried out continuously,thus shortening the period of bolt support and greatly improving the working efficiency.This paper mainly studies the coal mine automatic bolt drill device.(1)An automatic anchor drill truck for coal mine is designed.The structure and working principle of the automatic anchor net laying device are introduced.The automatic anchor drill truck device,the support of the anchor drill truck and the telescopic slide rail of the anchor drill truck are briefly introduced.(2)The automatic bolt drill device,mainly studied in this paper,is introduced in detail.The utility model comprises an automatic conveying anchor rod device and an automatic anchoring device.The Working Environment and general design principles are studied,and the structure design and working principle are introduced.Finally,the selection of motor and hydraulic cylinder is explained.(3)The finite element analysis is carried out on a part of the assembly body of the automatic transmission anchor rod device in the coal mine automatic anchor rod drilling machine,and the part is imported into ANSYS to carry out modal analysis,statics analysis and prestress modal analysis,and fatigue analysis is carried out on the rotating central shaft.(4)Introduce the automatic anchor drill into ADAMS,simplify it,add constraint and drive,establish simulation model,get parameter curve and analyze the curve.The simulation results show that the structural design of the automatic bolt drill device is reasonable,and the ANSYS analysis and dynamic simulation results are basically consistent with the theoretical design.It provides a certain theoretical basis for the research of automatic bolt drill.
