With the continuous development of China sewing machinery industry,the demand for bending needles has increased significantly,and the traditional polishing process has been unable to meet the market demand of bending needles.Therefore,combined with new polishing technology,it is particularly important to establish a curved needle polishing production line to realize automatic production.In order to improve production efficiency,starting from the actual production needs of relevant enterprises,this thesis studies and designs the conveying and automatic feeding device of the elbow polishing production line,which realizes the material conveying in the polishing process and the automatic feeding of the material after polishing.Firstly,the research status of conveying and automatic cutting at home and abroad is comprehensively analyzed,and then the polishing process and the requirements of conveying and cutting are investigated in detail in the enterprise field.The main research is as follows:(1)The working cycle and production requirements of the conveying device and the automatic feeding device are analyzed and summarized.The overall design scheme of the device is determined by comparing different driving modes and conveying modes.The transmission structure,support structure,driving structure and other key components are further designed and selected in detail.SOILDWORKS is used to draw the three-dimensional and two-dimensional graphs.(2)The static analysis of some structures of the conveying and automatic feeding device is carried out by ANSYS Workbench to verify that its stiffness and strength meet the design requirements.The modal analysis of the key components of the conveying device is carried out to eliminate the possibility of resonance in the working process.(3)Based on the kinematics theory of D-H parameter method,the kinematics equation is established to obtain the positive kinematics solution,and the ADAMS is used to analyze the kinematics of the automatic blanking whole,and the displacement,velocity and acceleration curves are obtained to verify the feasibility of the model.(4)The control system of conveying and automatic feeding device is designed,and the research is carried out from the aspects of controller hardware selection,I/O distribution and human-machine interface design.According to the functional requirements,the servo motor control circuit,pneumatic control circuit and PLC external wiring are designed in detail.At the same time,the control flow chart of the conveying and automatic feeding device is written,and the control program design is completed.(5)The prototype assembly and control cabinet construction were completed.At the same time,the field experiment debugging was carried out.According to the experimental results,the problems existing in the equipment were analyzed and improved.Finally,the production test was successfully completed to prove the feasibility of the design and achieve the research goal.
