Research On Energy Saving And Emission Reduction And Green Development Strategy Of Oil And Gas Resource Enterprises

Oil and gas resource enterprises have relied on the advantages of resource for a long time.There were not only many benefits but also many environmental problems and trouble on their development.The energy consumption,emissions of sewage and polluted gas from exploration,development,and ancillary facilities of the oilfield have aggravated the pollution and destruction of fresh water resources,soil,vegetation,and the atmosphere.With the increasing attention to environmental issues and the gradual improvement of laws and regulations,oilfield enterprises in the middle and late stages of development confront a series of problems such as rising water content,increasing energy consumption per unit of output,aging equipment,redundant personnel,and ecological fragility.Taking the X oilfield as an example,the article studies the driving forces of transformation and development from the perspectives of policies,organizational external ecology,and stakeholders;analysis and studies the nuclear density,the status of production pollution and emissions distribution by introducing ecological methods.The problems and obstacles in the current status and transformation of energy conservation and emission reduction and green development in X Oilfield are discussed.By analyzing the current situation of X oilfield cases,locating and categorizing stakeholders,this paper analyzed the internal and external environment of energy conservation,emission reduction and green transformation of the oilfield via using theories of green development and energy conservation and emission reduction,and stakeholder theory;studied the stakeholders' interest demands and game relationship during the development;systematically explored the problems and opportunities of oil and gas resource enterprises in energy conservation,emission reduction and green transformation;and propose green development collaborative governance and industrial chain integration for oil and gas resource-based enterprises.To improve the effective path of block interconnection,explore strategic planning,resource management,cultural enhancement,human resource allocation and implementation at the macro level,water management,emission management,land ecological protection,crude oil landing,etc.,were also discussed to build up the overall framework and mechanism of green development of energy conservation and emission reduction and provides valuable reference suggestions.
