Powder forming hydraulic press is one of the most important equipment in powder metallurgy and press forming production lines.The quality of powder products depends directly on the performance of powder forming hydraulic press.This topic focuses on the design method,modeling and simulation,performance optimization and final realization of the powder hydraulic machine control system.Firstly,the concept and specific process of powder metallurgy are expounded.The system composition of powder hydraulic press and the development status of domestic and foreign countries are understood.The design goals and main performance index requirements of the control system of powder hydraulic press are clarified,and the hardware and software of hydraulic control system are selected in detail and design.Secondly,based on the transfer function modeling method,the mathematical model formula derivation and overall detailed modeling of the hydraulic control system are carried out,and the scientific selection and accurate calculation of each parameter in the two closed-loop control models are completed according to the specific characteristics of each component.Thirdly,according to the transfer function model deduced in this paper,the stability analysis and frequency domain analysis of the control system are carried out,and the method of optimizing the current system is proposed,and the performance improvement of the system after simulation optimization is presented.Finally,the key problems encountered in the commissioning of the customer's factory are described,and the ideas and specific methods for solving the problem are analyzed.
