| It is widely used in material forming processes such as punching,bending,riveting between sheets and blanking and cutting of sheets.In the control process,the precise control of the slider displacement and the control accuracy have a great influence on the process result.It is a very necessary and very engineering thing to study the control of the slider displacement,so in the actual production process.Precise control of the slider must be done.The paper takes the four-bar linkage servo press as the research object,studies its deep drawing process curve,and studies the precise control of the displacement of the slider under the condition of given process parameters.The specific work and results are as follows:(1)Comparing the transmission characteristics of several common servo presses,determining the various characteristics of the four-bar linkage mechanism,studying its kinematics characteristics,and establishing the control model of the motor under ideal conditions.(2)The process requirements of the deep drawing process curve are studied.Based on the MATLAB/Simulink platform,the cubic spline interpolation method is used to fit the drawing process curve,and the Newton iterative method is used to solve the displacement s of the given slider.The rotation angle 1?corresponding to the crank lays the foundation for precise control of the displacement of the slider under given process parameters.(3)With STM32 as the main control chip,the servo press control system is designed to complete the design of the main chip minimum system,program download circuit,power supply circuit,interface conversion circuit,signal conversion circuit and other related hardware circuits. |
