Study On Safety Management Of Cigarette Factory Production Workshop Construction Project

With the continuous development of the construction industry,the annual gross product of the construction industry is constantly increasing year by year,and the construction industry has become the pillar industry of the national economy.A variety of building types are also being updated continuously with the needs of people’s production and life,and a new round of infrastructure construction is being rolled out on a large scale.Under the background of largescale construction,construction engineering safety immediately became concerned about the focus of the whole industry,how to do the safety management of construction project work is the personage inside course of study need to be thinking about.At present,the major tobacco enterprises in the country are constantly implementing the technical transformation of cigarette factories,in order to meet the needs of tobacco industry in improving product quality,improving smoking safety,strengthening the capacity of raw material security,and improving economic benefits.As a building with the characteristics of wide floor area,large investment,tight time limit,high quality requirement,complex construction technology and numerous specialties,the safety management of the construction of the cigarette factory workshop will be a major focus.How to do a good job in the safety management of cigarette factory production workshop construction project is a problem that all the participants need to pay attention to.Based on the construction project of the production workshop of NB cigarette factory,this paper studied and evaluated the safety management of the construction project of the production workshop of the cigarette factory by using the methods of literature research,expert interview and investigation,combined with the commonly used safety management theory of construction engineering,and obtained the following main results:First of all,the problems existing in the safety management of the current production workshop construction project of cigarette factory are put forward through literature research and combining with the method of expert interview,which lays a foundation for the construction of the safety management evaluation index system of the production workshop construction project of cigarette factory.Then,on the basis of summarizing the previous research results and combining with the opinions of experts,a safety management evaluation system for the construction project of the production workshop of cigarette factory with 48 evaluation indexes in 4 layers is constructed.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to determine the weight of each index.Finally,through the form of questionnaire survey,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the safety management of the NB cigarette factory production workshop construction project was carried out.Although the evaluation results are excellent,there are still some deficiencies in its safety management.Therefore,it puts forward specific opinions and suggestions to provide guidance for the subsequent construction of cigarette factory production workshops.
