| In recent years,under the guidance of the Emergency Management Department and the State Administration of Coal Mine Safety,the Shandong Coal Mine Safety Supervision Bureau has conscientiously implemented the internship of General Secretary Jin Ping’s thoughts on science and technology,guided by information construction,and strengthened the informationization of coal mine safety production and the informationization of supervision and law enforcement.At two levels,the implementation of the "Science and Technology Strengthening"strategy was implemented,and the construction of a coal mine accident risk analysis platform was organized.The platform collects static information and dynamic data of coal mine safety production,refines the risk factors affecting coal mine safety,constructs coal mine risk assessment index system and intelligent risk analysis model,and realizes coal mine safety risk early warning research and judgment.From remotely viewing coal mine enterprise data to data uploading to provincial bureaus for shared use,from simple collection of alarm data to utilization of data for risk analysis,disaster prediction and early warning,from independent system construction to modularization,platform development,from a single anomaly data Statistics were taken to assist decision-making in security risk,and unified planning of coal mine data,risk intelligence analysis,and disaster prediction and warning were implemented.Construct a monitoring and management system for mining equipment,gradually improve the analytical model,and improve the intelligence level of the analytical system.This system mainly selects the important sites and important equipment such as the pilot coal mine ground hoist,main ventilator,pressure fan,central pump house water pump,central substation,etc.as the management object,and realizes the basic information,safety standard information and inspection of important equipment of coal mine.Management,maintenance and management functions,and to achieve monitoring of important equipment operating conditions,operational failure analysis,to achieve the use of mining equipment can be traced,chasing,use risk can be prevented,controllable purposes.The significance of this project is to introduce expert system and deep learning technology,construct professional analysis model,and initially explore artificial intelligence technology to conduct research and decision-making guidance for coal mine equipment use.Construct a remote monitoring application analysis system for coal mines and seek to use big data to improve safety monitoring.This system has completed four aspects of monitoring law enforcement,emergency command,warning education and pilot coal mine visualization.The significance of this project is to explore and research the coal mine networking and data uploading in the province from the technical aspect,and directly consolidate the basis for using the Internet of Things and big data technology to improve the coal mine safety monitoring capability.The completion of this system has promoted the investigation and management of hidden dangers of coal mine enterprises and the implementation of main responsibility,and realized remote monitoring,risk assessment and forecasting and early warning,and improved the effectiveness of supervision and law enforcement. |
