As the foundation of national economic development,the chemical construction industry has a changeable construction environment,high technical requirements for employees,large flow of labor workers,and difficult safety management.Safety production accidents often occur due to improper management.Based on the safety management of a large chemical construction enterprise project,this paper establishes a safety evaluation model suitable for the project management of chemical construction enterprises,which can motivate chemical construction enterprises to take the initiative to pay attention to the safety management of engineering projects,improve the safety management level,and reduce or even avoid accidents.In this paper,firstly,the risk factors in the construction process of a chemical construction enterprise are analyzed.According to the research,there are 9 types of chemical building construction accidents.Through literature review,on-site investigation and questionnaire survey,the safety behavior model of employees based on SEM(Structural Equation Model)is established,and the data of the model is analyzed by SPSS and AMOS software.The results show that work awareness,safety investment safety communication,safety atmosphere and safety skills have a great positive impact on the safety behavior of employees in chemical construction,and safety communication and safety skills play a partial intermediary role in other factors.Secondly,the safety management evaluation index of chemical construction enterprise project is optimized from four aspects:employees,machinery,environment and management(PMEM).The evaluation index system of safety management of chemical construction enterprise project is established.The weight of each index is determined by AHP,and the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established.The safety management level of a subsidiary of a chemical construction enterprise is evaluated by this model.The evaluation results are consistent with the actual situation,which can intuitively reflect the safety management level of each subsidiary,thus verifying the rationality and applicability of this model.Finally,based on the evaluation of the safety management of a chemical construction enterprise,and guided by the problems,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and methods for the safety management of a chemical construction enterprise from four aspects:employees,machinery and equipment,protection from dangerous environmental factors and safety management of engineering projects.The research of this paper can provide a theory basis for the safety management of engineering projects in chemical construction enterprises and is beneficial to the improvement of the safety management level of engineering projects in chemical construction enterprises.Figure[12]table[27]reference[97]...
