| In the process of static storage of oil tank,it is often necessary to keep the storage tank warm in order to prevent the harm caused by the decrease of oil fluidity.For the external floating top storage tank which has been widely used in China,the heat dissipation of the tank top can not be ignored.However,if common insulation materials(such as rock wool)are used on the top of the tank for insulation,due to the horizontal placement of the floating plate,rainwater is easy to enter the insulation material,making it ineffective.As a new material,thermal insulation coating has good thermal insulation and water resistance,which can be well adapted to the environmental conditions of the tank roof.But there is little research on the insulation effect of floating top tank top insulation coating,and there is no data to follow in the field of large-scale promotion and application.In addition,the reserves of oil reserve tank farms in China have reached 55 million tons.In summer,solar radiation causes serious loss of oil and gas volatilization in storage tanks,which brings a certain degree of pollution to the environment and affects the safe operation of tank farms.The coating with the characteristic of reflecting solar radiation can reduce the influence of solar radiation on oil temperature in summer and reduce the loss of oil and gas volatilization.Aiming at the above problems,this paper carries out the following research contents:1.In north China and east China area of floating roof oil tank was carried out by large storage tank temperature field test research,explore the crude oil storage tank temperature field distribution and change rule,analyzes the solar radiation,oil tank bottom sludge and mix of storage tank temperature field distribution and the effect of contrast and to further explore the single and double plate structure and the influence of the thermal insulation layer of tank oil tank wall temperature change.2.Test methods cannot effectively roof coating for storage tank,the influence on the temperature field,this article fully considers the outside air temperature,solar radiation and tank bottom soil layer on the influence of the temperature field of storage tank,the tank temperature field mathematical model was constructed,and combined with field oil temperature data verified the correctness of the model,provides the basis for subsequent research.3.Based on the mathematical model of tank temperature field,the influence of new coatings on tank temperature field was studied.The influence of different coating thickness and thermal conductivity on the temperature field of storage tank was investigated.The influence of heat insulation coatings on tank temperature field under different working conditions was studied.4.Based on the influence law of heat preservation coating and heat insulation coating on the temperature field of storage tank,and combined with the actual storage tank working conditions,the economy and emission reduction performance of storage tank heat preservation coating and heat insulation reflection coating were studied. |
