For high yield and high efficiency recovery of thick coal seam,comprehensive mechanized caving mining is beneficial to improve mine production capacity,has obvious technical and economic benefits,and reduces investment cost of mine production and construction.But at the same time fully mechanized caving mining will bring different mining technology and mining pressure problems.Based on the huaibei mining co.,LTD in luling coal mine ? encountered in the process of 811 fully-mechanized caving mining of fully-mechanized mining process,mining pressure firstly and soft coal wall piece to help expand research.In luling coal mine ? analyzed 811 monthly actual ash content of full-mechanized caving mining face,learned that the current practical way of coal mine coal loss is bigger,to increase the top-coal recovery rate,using theoretical analysis reasonable ? luling coal mine 811 fully-mechanized caving mining technology parameters,analyzes the different full-mechanized caving mining technology on the effects of the mining in working face the actual situation to choose optimal full-mechanized caving mining technology,maximize top-coal sexual risk,reduce the coal loss;To understand ? 811 law of overburden stratum at the fully-mechanized coal mining activities,using FLAC3D numerical simulation software was carried out on the characteristics of strata movement of full-mechanized caving mining face similar condition simulation analysis,from the strata stress field,displacement field and plastic zone failure pattern of strata movement characteristics and get the stress and deformation of overlying rock strata;Through the field measurement of mining pressure on the working face,the working resistance characteristics of hydraulic support on the working face are analyzed to master the law of pressure coming on the working face.Through the analysis of the measured data of deep displacement on the surface of stoping roadway,the deformation and failure characteristics of the roadway on the fully mechanized caving face are mastered,so as to reveal the developing law of pressure in fully mechanized caving mining face.Help mechanism,through the theoretical analysis of working face coal wall related experiments in the laboratory,analysis of the type of coal samples under different moisture content conditions of uniaxial compression and shear characteristics of stress-strain curve,on ? 811 fully-mechanized caving coal wall help failure characteristics were analyzed,and put forward by water injection control and coal wall caving and stable technical measures,and design the reasonable water injection parameters.The research results have reference and guiding significance for similar fully mechanized caving face mining.Figure[61]Table[11]Reference[89]...
