Coal dust is one of the potential hazards in the process of coal mine production.It is of great significance to develop efficient coal dust removal device for mine safety production.Sprinkling,as one of the main means of dust removal,needs to be strengthened in the aspects of instrument coupling,spray theory research,numerical simulation and explosion-proof analysis.In order to solve this problem,to strengthen the engineering application,this paper puts forward and designs a set of mine sprinkler dust device,sprinkling water droplets atomization is studied in theory and theory of dust,finished mine of main components of automatic water spraying dust device selection and structure design of CFD numerical simulation of spray dust nozzle,finite element analysis of the device explosion-proof enclosure,comparative tests verify the detection precision of the instrument,to realize the mining machine application of automatic water spraying dust device.The above research is of great significance to the engineering application of coal dust efficient dust removal device.Specific studies are as follows:1)Adopting theory of CFD numerical simulation ways:1)the simulation analysis of the spray dust nozzle and ball valve,the flow field in the main structure size,established the mathematical model of fluid inside,contrast analysis of the static pressure distribution under different outlet diameter and flow velocity distribution,and the velocity distribution and pressure distribution under different opening,mastered the distribution of internal flow field and Cv curves;2)Detection instrument:A dust concentration sensor based on light scattering was designed,and a dust detection instrument based on photoacoustic spectrum was used to carry out a comparative field test with it.The analysis results showed that the slope of the measurement results of the two systems after linear fitting was 1.01178±0.04013,and the correlation coefficient was 0.94781.3)Equipment research and development,successfully developed the dust sprinkler,mainly including high pressure spray nozzle,dust concentration sensor,mine safety type pyroelectric sensor,remote control transmitter,flame-proof electric ball valves,high pressure spray for mine dust control host device,etc.,and the nozzle,ball valve,explosion-proof enclosure,completed the design and analysis;Figure[53]table[6]reference[70]...
