Automobile transportation plays an important role in China’s transportation system The development and growth of automobile transportation industry has driven the demand of tire market.The development of tire industry is closely related to the national economic development.In order to expand the output,a tire factory introduces tire manufacturing equipment to improve the tire production capacity,seize the market and promote the further development of the enterprise.The structure of tire manufacturing equipment is complex,and it is difficult to install and debug.Whether the installation and debugging schedule management is effective directly affects the speed of equipment production.Therefore,this paper studies the schedule management of the equipment installation and commissioning project of a tire factory,so as to ensure that the equipment installation and commissioning project of a tire factory can be put into operation as soon as possible and give full play to its due benefits faster.This paper mainly uses the case analysis method to investigate and analyze the status quo of the progress control of the equipment installation and commissioning project in a tire factory.It is found that the Gantt chart progress control method is effective for the project,but there are still many problems in the actual implementation process of the installation and commissioning project,including unreasonable planning,and the imbalance between the nature and the project progress,The acceptance technical standards need to be improved and the rights and responsibilities of contractors need to be clarified.In the process of this study,the author uses the questionnaire survey method to evaluate the three stages of plan preparation and implementation,deviation correction.Through the analysis of the research results,it is concluded that there is a positive relationship between the project progress and these three stages,among which the most influential stage is the plan implementation stage,and the least influential stage is the deviation correction stage.Through the analysis of the problems,the paper puts forward the corresponding measures,effectively formulates the overall progress planning of the project,clarifies the work content to be completed by each department and the assistance content to be provided in the process of the project,strictly controls each link in the implementation process of the project progress,introduces the third-party supervision organization,and breaks the communication barriers between various departments,Strengthen the supervision and management of the site staff,formulate and strictly implement the KPI performance appraisal system,optimize and implement the project acceptance process,and timely correct the deviation in the process of project implementation.Through the application of a series of measures,the project schedule control objectives can be successfully completed,and 35 days of project duration saving has been achieved,It has high economic value.This study solved the problem of schedule management in the equipment installation and commissioning of a tire factory,optimized various resources to meet the schedule requirements,and put forward the schedule management scheme of equipment installation and commissioning.This research can greatly improve the management level of this kind of equipment installation and debugging project,and has a certain reference significance for the schedule management of other similar projects. |
