The current status of my country's iron ore resources is that there are few high-grade natural minerals and many lean and associated minerals.Modern large-scale steel production requires multi-stage beneficiation of the raw ore to produce high-grade iron ore,which is the main raw material for steel production.In view of the problems of grade control in different stages of beneficiation in large-scale automated beneficiation production,as well as the difficulty of online collection and low test efficiency in iron ore beneficiation processing,it is very important to rationally design grade information collection devices and realize iron grade modernization and automatic detection.First,this article takes magnetite iron concentrate as the research object and studies the collection of iron grade information.Based on the working principle of the self-inductive sensor,the mathematical model and system mathematical model of the internal magnetic field of the cylindrical multi-layer close-wound solenoid are established,which provides a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of the iron grade information acquisition device of iron ore concentrates.Secondly,the general process flow of magnetite beneficiation and the collection requirements of nodes at all levels in the beneficiation are analyzed.In order to solve the problems of dynamic sampling and the influence of sample moisture on the detection results in online iron grade information collection,a new self-inductive pipeline slurry sampling detection device was designed.The device realizes the automation of pipeline slurry sampling and grade information detectionFinally,the structure optimization of the sensor probe in the new self-inducting pipeline slurry sampling detection device is discussed.Mathematical model and system model based on the theory of magnetic field,three-dimensional finite element model was established based on the electromagnetic simulation software,analysis the influence of the result of the sensor acquisition self-inductance,influence the properties of the sensor structure parameters were determined.Then according to the input and output characteristics of the sensor,the hardware module design of the information detection system is completed.This paper takes into account the presence of interaction between sensor probe structure parameters,the orthogonal design of experiment and regression orthogonal experiment design,.Analysis of experimental results,the influence factor of complete significance to evaluate and determine the optimal structure parameters of measuring head combination,establish the mathematical fitting model based on the experimental resultsThe thesis studied the iron grade detection device of iron concentrate,established the theoretical magnetic field model and the system mathematical model,and designed a new pipeline slurry automatic sampling and information collection device.Aiming at the problem of optimal design of sensor probe structure,this paper combines simulation model and hardware system model,considering the interaction between sensor structure parameters,and completes the experimental design optimization.
