Iron grade is one of the important indicators for measuring the quality of iron powder.In recent years,with the rapidly increasing of the market demands and the continually scale expanding of the mineral production,the method of quick test has been gradually concerned by iron ore processing enterprises and steel business.The method that chemical analysis is usually used to test the iron grade of iron ore is accurate and reliable.But it is not able to meet the demands of mass and automation in modern beneficiation test.It requires some special conditions,such as specific reagents,particular test personnel,specific test procedures and specific environment.In order to realize the real-time and rapidity of grade test in the process of iron ore processing,manufacturing,and selling,the development of powered iron is becoming imminent.This paper mainly talks about the key factors such as the structure of the sensor,self-inductance and temperature affecting the performance of the sensor output.The research is based on the method of measuring iron grade and the analysis mechanism of electromagnetic induction of inductive sensors.Establishing cylindrical iron concentrate iron grade model the three-dimensional electromagnetic field sensor,building harmonic magnetic field sensor electromagnetic simulation analysis,and further ensuring the corresponding variation of the output inductor sensor self-inductance coefficient changes is achieved by applying ANSYS 12.0 finite Element Simulation Software.This analysis also makes sense in 3D electromagnetic simulation model of positive prismatic iron grade inductive sensor which is concluded the positive prismatic iron grade sensor self-inductance coefficient of change of the output inductor and the analysis with cylindrical sensor output results,and guarantees the optimalstructure of the iron concentrate iron grade sensor types and the best combination of structural parameters.It is that ANSYS three-dimensional simulation of the iron grade sensor temperature effect and the experimental analysis of the reliability of temperature laid a necessary foundation for rapid real-time measurement of further iron concentrate iron grade.
