Corrosion of metal materials not only causes environmental pollution,waste of resources,economic loss,but also brings inconvenience to people's daily work and life,and even poses a threat to people's lives.Therefore,the protection of metal materials are very important,anti-corrosion coating is one of the means of metal protection treatments,the traditional solvent-based anti-corrosion coating volatilizes a large amount of organic solvent with the paint film curing,and most of the coatings contain some toxic ions such as lead,cadmium,cobalt,etc,with the emphasising on sustainable development concepts and the growing awareness of green environmental protection,traditional solvent-based anti-corrosion coatings can not meet the needs of the current society,and it is urgent to develop non-toxic high-efficient,environmentally-friendly anti-corrosion coatings.In this paper,the basic formula of waterborne epoxy anticorrosive coating is initially determined through orthogonal experiments,and the orthogonal experiment results were further optimized by single factor experiment.The corrosion rate of the coating was used as the evaluation standard.The experimental results show that the content of waterborne epoxy resin emulsion is 42%,the content of white carbon black is 1%,the content of zinc phosphate is 8.7%,the content of zinc borate is 6.8%,the content of talc is 6.2%,anti-flash Rust A content is 1%.The experiment also explored the effect of pigment/binder ratio on the corrosion resistance of the paint film;the thermal stability of the paint film was investigated by the thermal weight loss tester,and the experiment showed that the thermal stability of the paint film temperature was below 300? better.Based on the formulation of waterborne epoxy anticorrosive coating,an organic-inorganic waterborne composite anticorrosive coating was prepared.The effects of waterborne silica sol addition on curing time,adhesion,alkali resistance,hardness,water resistance,salt water resistance and salt spray resistance of composite coatings were investigated.The effects of different coating thicknesses on the electrochemical test of composite coatings were investigated.The effect of temperature on the stability of paint films was investigated.The changes of micro-morphology before and after the film experiment were observed.The effects of different substrate pretreatments on the performances of composite coatings were investigated,and the outdoor weatherability of spiked sprayed brines of composite coatings was explored.The experiments show that when the addition amount of the aqueous silica sol is 15%of the addition amount of the aqueous epoxy resin emulsion,the comprehensive performance of the coating is better,and the stability of the composite coating is good when the temperature is below 300?.
