With the upgrading of consumption and the digital transformation of enterprises,the apparel market has now divided into ready-to-wear and customized market.And the customized market has divided into two modes:group customization and private customization.However,the current national standard is increasingly unable to meet the needs of special body types,which results in a high return rate of ready-made garments.Although group customization is tailored to consumers,it cannot be suitable for everyone in the group because it uses back-to-code production.However,due to the lack of a uniform size standard for private customization,errors caused by manual measurement and users’incomplete understanding of themselves body size,which results in the return rate of private customized clothing high.Therefore,both the ready-to-wear market and the customized market urgently need to conduct research in the classification of human body shape and the refinement of specifications.This topic takes the optimization design of the pattern of the young men’s suit shoulders and the optimization anthropmetry of the young men’s shoulders as the research purpose.The three-dimensional body scanner is used to obtain the data of the human shoulder related variables;and the SPSS data analysis software is used to analyze and classify the characteristics of the young men’s shoulder;use CLO 3D virtual fitting software and subdivision results to try on the basic suit pattern;combine the suit defect treatment method to correct the basic suit pattern and summarize the correction process to form a suit pattern that meets different shoulder shapes;combining the results of the shoulder category and the basis for judging the shape of the shoulder,make the enterprise haute couture suit measurement table better.Firstly,the 3D Camega body scanning system made in Beijing Bowei Hengxin Company was used to scan 250 young men’s body aged 18 to 28 in order to collect 9 variable data related to the shoulder shape.On this basis,the Z-score method and box were used to screen and eliminate the abnormal values of the data,and finally retained 228 valid samples.At the same time,the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test method and the QQ graph method are used to test the data for normality,the mean,skewness and kurtosis are used as the benchmark to describe in the degree of dispersion and distribution of data.Secondly,using variable clustering and characteristic index calculations to select total shoulder width,shoulder oblique left and chest-to-back width ratio as typical shoulder indicators.The total shoulder width,chest-to-back width ratio,and left tangent of shoulder oblique were extracted for classification by K-means cluster analysis.Combining the classification results,the young men’s shoulders are finally divided into flat and reverse shoulder type,flat and straight shoulder type,flat and bent shoulder type,normal oblique and reverse shoulder type,normal shoulder type,normal oblique and bent shoulder type,slope and reverse shoulder type,slope and straight shoulder type,slope and bent shoulder type.Finally,after discussing with experts in the field of suit customization and experienced pattern-making masters,a basic suit and pattern-making method were determined.And CLO 3D virtual fitting software was used to try on and evaluate basic suits for young men with normal shoulder shapes.Establish 8 mannequins of young men with different shoulder shapes,and perform basic suit fittings.Through the analysis of the pressure graph,the ills of its dress can be described intuitively.Revise the basic suit pattern based on the main factors that affect the fit of young men’s shoulder.Summarize the correction process of suit patterns suitable for different shoulder shapes,and finally obtain 8 suit patterns suitable for different shoulder shapes of young men.By comparing the fitting effects of suit patterns,it is proved that the modified suit patterns are more suitable for different shoulder shapes.Through the use of shoulder pads,the shape of the shoulders of young men in suits is optimized.Analyse the body which can determine shoulder shape.The height,chest circumference with front chest width,back width,front chest length,back length,the shoulders can be used to judge the straight and bent state,and the small shoulder width and the amount of shoulder drop of the human body can be determine to the state of the human body’s shoulder oblique.Organize the body parts that can represent the shape of the shoulders,and optimize the corporate high-end suit customization list.
